At Away With Me Travel we are always looking for incredible people to join our Disney Team of Independent Agents.  You must have a passion and love for all things Disney!  We pride ourselves on offering the most magical experiences for our clients and that means we only hire the best!  We have built a magical team who not only loves Disney, but loves supporting each other. 

We are more like a family and we will be with you every step of the way from cheering you on as your complete your Disney College of Knowledge training to landing your first client.  In addition to the Disney College of Knowledge, you will have access to extensive sales training with our in house Director of Sales and begin a 3 month mentorship program with a veteran travel agent.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You must have visited Walt Disney World or Disneyland at least 5 times within the past 10 years

• You must have sailed on the Disney Cruise Line at least once

• Exceptional written and verbal skills

• Proficient with a computer 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Must be organized and detail oriented 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past sales experience

• Personal, extensive travel to Disney Destinations 

• Exceptional written and verbal skills 

• Dedicate 20+ hours a week

As an Away With Me Travel Independent Travel Advisor you will have the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time.  You will be responsible for finding new clients, cultivating those relationships and closing the sale.  This takes considerable time and effort.  You will be consulting with clients in person, over the phone and via email to assist them in creating a customized and magical trip to Disney (and beyond!).  This is solely a commission based position.
